FROM ZERO TO SMILE
Full-digital protocol for full-arch immediate-load restorations

Abstract

The course covers the fully digital protocol for full-arch immediate-load restorations, integrating prosthetically guided planning, implant surgery, and prosthetic completion within a fully digital workflow. Through a theoretical and practical approach, all operational phases will be analyzed: acquisition of diagnostic data, pre-surgical prosthesis design, implant surgery planning, use of guided surgery, implant placement, management of Multi-Unit Abutments (MUA), and fabrication of the immediate prosthesis. Particular attention will be given to the biological, anatomical, and biomechanical principles governing full-arch restorations, with an in-depth examination of the indications, advantages, and limitations of guided surgery; the requirements for achieving proper primary implant stability; the management of major surgical and prosthetic complications, and the application of predictable and reproducible clinical protocols. Participants will perform procedures directly on patients, following the entire surgical and prosthetic workflow, thereby acquiring the skills necessary to design and fabricate immediate-load full-arch restorations according to a comprehensive digital protocol that can be immediately applied in daily clinical practice.

Dr. Aurelio D’Alonzo
Dentist

He graduated from the University of Bari with highest honors in 2014. He has attended numerous national and international courses in oral surgery and periodontology. He has served as a speaker at numerous national and international conferences on oral surgery, implantology, and periodontology. He practices as a private practitioner in the provinces of Foggia and Bari, specializing in oral and implant surgery, periodontology, and prosthodontics.

Dr. Sergio Brigida
Dentist

He earned a degree in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics with highest honors from the University of L’Aquila. He worked in the Department of Odontostomatology at the Joint Forces Military Hospital in Taranto as Head of the Dental Service. He earned a Level I Master’s degree in Oral Surgery from the University of Chieti. He began his career as a private practitioner specializing in oral surgery, endodontics, and conservative dentistry. Since 2006, he has been the owner of a dental practice in Manfredonia. An expert in numerous guided surgery systems, he has dedicated a significant portion of his practice to this field for several years.

Dr. Donato Antonacci
Dentist

A dentist whose clinical practice focuses on oral surgery, implantology, and implant-supported prosthetics. He conducts research at the Department of Clinical and Experimental Medicine at the University of Foggia, with a particular focus on implantology, tissue regeneration, and digital workflows. He is the author of numerous international scientific publications, a speaker at national and international conferences, and a member of the European Association for Osseointegration (EAO). He integrates research, technological innovation, and evidence-based protocols into his clinical practice.
