HTD Medical Announces Merger with HTD Consulting

After a decade of collaboration, HTD Medical and HTD Consulting announce their merger by incorporation into HTD Medical, effectively creating a unique hub—an Italian company with proven, one-of-a-kind industry expertise.

With over 25 years of combined experience across the two companies and having recently won the “Champion of Growth” award—established by La Repubblica Affari&Finanza—for two consecutive years, HTD Medical is now a leader in expertise in importing, logistics management, sales support, event planning, marketing communications, and commercial strategy, all of which it provides to the dental distribution sector and DSOs.
